We loved the stay, it was an EXCELLENT experience. That was wonderful and extremely convenient hotel set in nice enough area, not far from shops, close enough to walk, and the park and ocean. We had a safe box, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the double room.

Stunning location close to Honolulu and the beach and restaurants, only 5 minutes walk from In Between. Also, near on everything.

Incomplete or inaccurate information from staff on hotel usage, amenities. One staffer was very rude and abrupt.

Location is good, there is a restaurant right downstairs from the lobby that has ok food for the price, and parking is fair comparing it to most waikiki hotels, the view was great for the price, specially if your facing the hilton waikiki on a friday night, the fireworks look great from the upper floors.
It was ok for the price, the room had a bad smell, using the elevators is a pain and I didn't like the fact that I had to pay to using the safe, the pool is kind of small. I wouldn't want to go back to the Maile Sky Court Waikiki.

Diffinitly beyond doubt this is the worst hotel downtown but that's understandable it's also the cheapest

Location
Too crowded, long queu of people at check-in time (seems like a factory). You have to wait for the elevators for a very long time. Rooms quite old and not so fresh.

We stayed twice -- for two nights each time -- about three weeks apart. Both rooms were cramped and smelled terrible. I suggested to the desk personnel that maybe they wanted to air the room out before renting it again and they simply laughed. The bed was a double -- had asked for at least a queen -- and was perhaps the most uncomfortable bed I have ever "attemped" to sleep in.

Do not stay at this hotel, the staff are incompetent And rude. The rooms are tiny, the pool is a joke, half the rooms are accessible with one elevator and the other half accessible by another, the parking is horrible and overpriced. I've never felt so ripped off

The view from my room (22nd floor) was awesome, showing the city, the water and the mountains.
Cramped, cockroaches in laundry room, quality of furnishings in room mediocre.

The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of eggs, meats, fruits, and more. It was quick and easy for our busy days. The location was perfect, right by bus stops. Sal, the bellman, welcomed us warmly.
